Kampala is made up of seven hills with a population of about 3 million during day time and about 2 million at night. After breakfast, kick off the tour with a visit to Owino market which is the biggest and oldest market in Uganda. It’s famous for very cheap commodities especially second hand clothes. Next have a quick squeeze of Nakasero market. It is the second largest and well known for its wide range of very health fresh fruits and vegetables. If you’re into religion, you can visit the Namirembe cathedral which is the biggest church in Africa then go to Kibuli mosque, or the Bahai temple the only one in Africa, go to Namugongo martyrs shrine where Christian believers where burnt to ash. Or Continue to the Kasubi tombs a burial ground for the former kings of Buganda, its one of the traditional places that still holds the culture of Buganda to date. Then have a quick look at Makerere University the oldest educational tower in East Africa. Break off for an African lunch.
